The Governor has announced an updated plan to commence all in-person showings and open houses.
Effective October 1st, under the Nevada Governor’s new plan, tenant occupied property can be listed and shown to prospective buyers. Open houses can also be conducted. Certain limitations have been set and outlined for both in his new directive.
